A continuation of the Mole series which centers on the dramatic fate of agent Sergei Kuzmichev working under cover in the Mafia.

In the end of the previous season the hero lived through a serious moral crisis and wanted to quit his job. But he is forced by circumstances to start a new round of fight with his smart and cruel enemies as he teeters on knife edge between life and death.
