NMP has its own professional subdivision of script writers led by Mr. Maxim Esaulov an award winning writer, who, prior to his successful career as a writer, for 14 years worked in the police, culminating his career as the director of the Saint Petersburg Police homicide department. Under his guidance and tutelage a team of more than twenty dedicated writers, create scripts for some of the highest rated and award winning television series in Russia. NMP specializes in scripted criminal dramas that include such long running titles as "Cop in Law" (9 Seasons), "Cop Wars" (11 Seasons), "Streets of Broken Lights" (16 Season) and "Investigation Secrets" (16 Seasons) and many others.

Maxim A. Esaulov

Mr. Esaulov was born in 1968 in Leningrad and in 1992 graduated from the St. Petersburg State School of Law. Short Biography

92-93 - detective of the St. Petersburg Dzerjinski District Office of Internal Affairs.

93-95 - detective of the North-Western Regional Administration For Combating Organized Crime

95-99 - director of the homicide unit in the St. Petersburg Central District Office of Internal Affairs

99-06 - director of the homicide unit for the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in the St. Petersburg Central Internal Affairs Directorate 

Elena V. Topilskaya

Mrs. Topilskaya was born in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) in 1959. She studied in the School of Jurisprudence of the Leningrad State University. Following her graduation she worked in the prosecutors office starting in a position of trainee in the regional prosecutors office and she ended here career there as a special investigator for major crimes in the city’s prosecutors office.

Currently she works as an attorney in the Baltic Bar Association, she teaches in the North-Western Campus of the Russian State University of Jurisprudence.

Mrs. Topilskaya’s fame as a writer and dramaturgist was brought by a detective series  about a prosecutors’ office investigator  Mariya Shvetsova, based on which the Investigative Saecrets series are made. Screenplays for many of the seasons are written by Mrs. Topilskaya

Anton Y. Zinchenko

Mr. Zinchenko was born in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) in 1982. He received his screenwriting education in the University for Cinema and Television. He began his carreer as a screenwiriter at the tender age of 20 years old. He is an author of more than fifteen scripts for all major television networks. His filmography includes such popular detective stories as Investigation Secrets and Streets of Broken Lights as well as histoical and adventure projects.

Mr. Zinchenkok is on of the founders of an informal union of young cinematographers in St. Petersburg «Kinoflot na Lenfilme»

Alexander A. Romanov

Mr. Romanov was Born in 1962 in Leningrad and graduated from the Leningrad State University’s School of Screenplay and Cinematography Of the Russian State University of Cinematography and St. Petersburg University of Cinema and Television’s School of Screen Arts.

From 1994 to 2000 worked as a special correspondent of “Chas Pik” and “Komsomolskaya Pravda” newspapers, and a documentary filmmaker for TV channel “Russia”.

He is a member of the Russian Filmmakers Union and Journalistic Union.
