Vladimir Aleksandrovich Gusinski is a Russian media tycoon. He is known as the founder of the Media-Most holding company that included the NTV free-to-air channel, the newspaper Sevodnya, the radio station Echo of Moscow and a number of magazines.

Mr. Kurtov is the CEO for Russian operations of NMP. Mr. Kurtov has been working with NMP since 2011. Prior to joining NMP Ilya worked at Moscow offices of Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Strategy and CDD group providing advice to telecommunications, media and entertainment companies. Mr. Kurtov has extensive experience in Russian media and entertainment market having worked for such companies as NTV, Media Most, Radio Maximum and Russian Media Ventures.

Christopher Renaud is the COO and CFO of New Media Programming's parent company, New Media Distribution Company. Mr. Renaud has worked for the company since 1998, and before that was a Director and investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Renaud graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University.

Mr. Andrei Kamorin was born in 1959. He has graduated from the University of International Journalism (МГИМО) in 1981. He worked in such famous newspaper publication as “Izvestiya” and “Nedelia”. In 1987-92 was the resident correspondent of “Izvestiya” newspaper in Central America and Carrebean.
Works in television and cinema production from 1998. Between 1998-2001 worked in “NTV-Kino”.
Mr. Kamorin is the member of Russian Academy of Cinematographic Arts “NIKA”

Ilya Gusinski, Esq., is a member of New York State Bar with nearly a decade of experience as in house counsel of media businesses. Additionally, Mr. Gusinski has experience with mergers and acquisitions, oversight of complex multinational litigation, broadcasting, licensing and investment law.

Mr.Ioshin was born in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) in 1959. In 1982 Mr. Ioshin graduated from the Moscow Aviation University with the specialization in radio-electronics.
From 2000 Mr. Ioshin is involved in production and distribution of film and television content. Mr. Ioshin was the head of “Most-Cinematorgaph”, “Domashniy Ekran”.
